Unworn watches in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by emailing customerservice@swtchxap.com with your order number. We cover return shipping for US orders; international returns are at the buyer's expense.

Every SWTCH× piece is built with a genuine Swiss ETA movement, ships numbered (e.g. 247/500), and includes a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturer defects. Warranty card and certificate of authenticity ship in every box.

How do I know my piece is limited / numbered?

Each colorway is produced in a strict run of 500 pieces — no exceptions, no restocks. Your individual number is laser-etched on the caseback and printed on your certificate of authenticity. Once a colorway sells out, it is permanently archived.

What size are the watches and will they fit me?

Case diameter is 41mm with a 12mm thickness — a unisex size that wears comfortably on wrists between 6" and 8.5". The bio-sourced strap is fully adjustable. If you're unsure, email us your wrist measurement and we'll advise.

How do I care for my watch?

Our quartz movement requires a battery change roughly every 24 months — any certified watchmaker can do it, or send it to us. The case is splash-resistant (3 ATM) but not for swimming or showering. Wipe the strap with a soft damp cloth; avoid solvents.
